  • Facilitation of strategy planning and Board workshops for a major Australian company.

  • Strategic commercial and economic evaluation advice for a green-fields LNG investment.

  • Services for Gulfsands Petroleum in respect of the strategy and structure of its combined Iraqi power project.

  • Study of potential to LNG entry opportunities in Australia.

  • Development and evaluation of LNG strategy options for major Japanese trading house.

  • Support to develop a process for strategic planning for a Middle East client.

  • Modelling of financial KPIs (share price, dividends and return on shareholders funds etc) for oil and gas IPO scenarios. 

  • Prepared the inaugural business plan for a network of new power generation plants (Australia).

  • Assisted a gas-to-methanol project proponent with identification of potential gas supplies and promotion of the project.

  • Evaluation of competitor position and likely response to entry of new supplier into a regional gas market.

  • Support in the development of a 5 year strategic plan for a major ASX listed company and in the initial implementation phase.

  • Provided independent input to the development of a post take-over business plan.

  • Global review of opportunities for low cost gas supply for major alumina producer.

  • Developed a model to determine electricity tariffs for a multi-power station/user system and optimise plant costs.

  • Development of a gas supply pricing strategy for a major new South Australian industrial user.

  • Identification of the strengths and weaknesses for a prospective entrant into the Australian hydrocarbon service industry; including competitor analysis and identified strategy for competitive advantage.

  • Assistance with Business Plan development for a start-up Technology company.

  • Strategy advice to a large ASX listed company.

  • Advice to the Woodside Board pertaining to the merits of the Shell takeover offer (Australia).

  • Assessment of technology management processes and technology capability in comparison to best practice companies.
